Did you know your thyroid medication contains some of the worst ingredients for you!?!

This is why I advocate for you to significantly reduce your medication or get off from it.

Especially if you're feeling:

→ Exhausted all day

→ Bloated / constipated

→ Like medication isn't working

→ Like you're gaining weight

→ You're gaining weight exponentially

If this is you I want to give you some 3 dietary tips!!

TIP 1:

Avoid the inflammatory foods. This is only gluten, dairy, and eggs.

If you can't do 100% just start with 50% and work your way UP to 80%. When I work with my clients I tell them to use the 80 / 20 model.

20% is for birthdays, anniversaries, or just for "fun."

If you're confused about "why eggs" just know that eggs actually make it so much worse because they cause inflammation.

TIP 2:

If you're dealing with exhaustion and weight gain eat rich carbs for breakfast. This includes fruits, potatoes, sweet potatoes, or Gluten free oats. You really want those carbs because you'll "gas" up. Glucose is your body's main fuel source!!

TIP 3:

Keep your fats between 30 - 50 grams of fats per day. This will vary on how tall you are, age, weight, and how much weight you want to lose.... however many women I talk to are eating 60-90 grams per day.

You don't HAVE to macro count BUT if you want to check yourself for a few days this will help you....

BONUS TIP:

This is going to seem very easy but if you do this one thing alone for the next 30- 90 days you'll drop weight.

The last bonus tip is to drink 96 oz of lemon water a day for 30 days.

I know it seems too easy but it's really not. Part of the problem is you are chronically dehydrated. Especially if you drink caffeine. Your liver is dehydrated and running sluggishly for this reason.
